Specialist Species Assessment
Some protected species in the UK are either very rare or geographically restricted, including certain invertebrates and fish, as well as species such as sand lizard, smooth snake, natterjack toad and pine marten. While these species may not form part of standard survey scopes, Whitcher Wildlife Ltd always considers the potential for additional protected species to be present based on desk study records, site location and the habitats identified during field surveys.

This may include advising on further targeted surveys or, where specialist expertise is required, working alongside trusted specialists to ensure the correct level of assessment and compliance.
